The entry point — assessment before intervention

The ERP data audit.
Start with the numbers that do not agree.

Two weeks. Fixed scope, fixed price. A documented review of how your ERP is actually used, where the important numbers disagree and why, and a priced recommendation for what to do about it. You keep the graded report either way.

01 — How it runs

Four steps, in order.

Each session is working time, not a sales call. By the end you have a graded map of your own data — and a decision you can defend.

01WalkthroughHow the ERP is really used — in the system and in the spreadsheets around it. We start with transactions, jobs, BOMs, routings, costs, and inventory, not a connector demo.
02ReconcileWhere margin, delivery, and inventory numbers disagree across your reports — and the specific cause of each split: cost basis, date logic, a stale rule, a copied measure, an orphaned refresh.
03GradeA report card by ERP module: healthy, misconfigured, or abandoned. An honest picture of what is working, what is quietly wrong, and what was set up once and forgotten.
04RecommendThe next step, priced. Whether that is a model built on the system you run, a conversion to one that fits, or nothing at all — stated plainly, with the cost attached.

02 — What you keep

You walk away with the report,
whether or not you hire us next.

The audit is an assessment, not a wedge. It is designed to leave you better informed and more self-directed — even if the recommendation is to do nothing yet.

03 — The honest gate

The grade tells both sides
whether to proceed.

We would rather find out in week one that we are not the right fit than sell you a build you don’t need. The audit is the gate, and it swings both ways.

Worth an audit
  • You run CSI/Syteline or Global Shop Solutions
  • Important reports disagree, and it matters
  • You want numbers — and a model — your own team can operate
Probably not yet
  • You want a general ERP implementation, not a data model
  • You want a rented reporting portal to log into
  • You want an AI project before the underlying data is reliable
04 — Before you book

The arguments behind the audit.

If you want the reasoning before the engagement, it is written down — one document per argument, no gate.
